Our sense of self worth is constantly in flux, but it’s important to learn how to control it to stay productive. This is in part because failure is a big part of the process and if you tie your worth to success or failure it’s bound to become debilitating. Instead of worrying about outcomes that are outside of our control we should focus on actions that we can control.
